  Article 80-Trade  
80.1

Trade

 
  The profitable trade of goods and services by one nation and other nations is critical to enhance the value and the wealth of its citizens.  
  It shall remain a primary object of the Nation to ensure the free flow and efficient competition and development of trade.  
80.2 National Director of Trade Systems  
  The National Director of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the knowledge system of the Republic of United-Korea and the operation of the National Trade Agency of the Republic of United-Korea.  
  The National Director of Trade Systems of the Nation shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The President upon approval of the Congress for whatever term The President deems is appropriate.  
  The role of National Director of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea shall hold the dual position as a member of the National Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as National Councilor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a National Director of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea of the Republic of United-Korea.  
  The National Director of Trade Systems of the Nation shall also be a member of the National Board charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of the Republic of United-Korea.  
80.3 National Trade Secretariat  
  The National Trade Secretariat of the Republic of United-Korea shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the National Director of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea and their reports to the National Board and the Congress.  
80.4 National Board of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea  
  To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this Charter a permanent committee known as the National Board of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea shall be established.  
  The Chairman of this Board shall be the National Director of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea in the various sovereign nations for which the Nation is established.  
  As Chairman of this National Board of Trade Systems, the National Director of National Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this Charter, the National Board of Trade Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.  
  Vested by this Charter, the National Board of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income.  
80.5 National Trade Agency of the Republic of United-Korea  
  By this Charter, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of trade services for the Nation. This agency shall be known as the National Trade Agency of the Republic of United-Korea.  
  By this Charter the day to day management of the National Trade Agency of the Republic of United-Korea shall be vested in the sole authority of theNational Director of National Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea upon the approval of major decisions by the National Board of Trade Systems of the Republic of United-Korea.
