12. Procedures

| 120.1 | Nation Board of Directors (of agencies) | |
| The procedures concerning the function of the Nation Board of Directors, the execution of duty of its members, the inauguration into office of members, events relating to the vacancy of office and the death of current and previous office holders shall be defined by this article of the Charter and any amendments passed according to the rules of this Charter. | ||
| 120.2 | Protocols and standards of the Nation Board of Directors of Agencies of the Republic of United-Korea | |
| By this Charter, the Congress are authorized to forge a formal set of protocols and standards regarding its own function which relates to the detailed definition and requirements of operational procedure and function necessitated by the institution. | ||
| These standards themselves must embody and be consistent with the specific articles of this Charter and in turn must be approved by a majority vote of all members. | ||
