| 108.1 | Protected Endangered species | |
| A protected (endangered) species is any species which is listed as protected by government order which prevents individual persons from tampering the conditions of such species, nor undertaking their hunting, capture or injury in anyway. | ||
| The disregard for such orders shall be considered both a criminal property offence and a criminal animal injury/murder offence with any convicted person liable for both property damages to the custodian/tribe of endangered species as well as criminal penalties. | ||
