| 122.1 | Destruction of plants in urban landscape | |
| The destruction of plants in an urban landscape either through deliberate vandalism, or as an act to improve a view shall be considered a civil offence for which any person found shall be liable for the cost of replacing a tree approximating the same size. | ||
| In addition, the local authorities shall be responsible for erecting netting and scaffolding to the same height as the tree that was destroyed with the cost directly going to the people whose view was enhanced by the tree being poisoned. | ||
