| 145.1 | Obligations of staff of corporate entity | |
| Consistent with the obligations of directors and officers of a corporate entity, the staff of a corporate entity are also obligated in the performance of their duties. | ||
| These obligations should be reflected in the employment terms of all staff as well as the values and mission statement of the enterprise. | ||
| 1. To always be calm, respectful and positive when dealing with all customers and external suppliers. There is no excuse to be otherwise. | ||
| 2. To be attentive and listen to the needs of the customer. | ||
| 3. Never make promises to a customer and/or an external supplier unless first checking with other colleagues. When a promise is made, that staff person is obligated to see its fruitiion. | ||
