  Article 130-Offences of unlawful enterprise  
130.1 Unlawful enterprise  
  Unlawful enterprise is any activity, method or system of business and/or trade that is not lawfully permitted.  
 
 Primary Fact(s)
 1. That at a place and time, an enterprise was conducted which under law was not properly authorized, permitted to occur; and
 2. That the actions of the accused contributed to the unlawful enterprise; and
 3. That the actions of the accused were done with the knowledge and intent that it was an unlawful enterprise.
 
 
 Penalty Conditions (Level 2-Crime)

a) if total value of annual trade is less than two times average annual wages;

a) if total value of annual trade is more than 2 times and less than 4 times average annual wages;

a) if total value of annual trade is more than 6 times and less than 8 times average annual wages;

a) if total value of annual trade is more than 6 times and less than 8 times average annual wages;
b) if a member of an illegal organization;
