Membership of United America is free, open and available to individual members, merchant members and society members. |

Individual Members |
|
| |
Membership of United America is free, open and available as a Right and Benefice to any and all those who were borne within the boundaries of the United States of America or whose parents or grandparents were borne within the United States. |
|

In accordance with the most sacred Covenant Pactum de Singularis Caelum, all men and women borne within the boundaries of the United States of America are already members of One Heaven and therefore also members of United America. |
|

However, it is up to individual men and women, or societies or merchants on their behalf, to redeem their membership number and so agree to conduct themselves as both a law abiding member of United America and the Rule of Law, to refrain from violence, disrespect and controversy. |
|

A Member of United America is therefore openly peaceful, respectful of other customs, laws and procedures, respectful of others and officials – even if such individuals have no respect for the law and others themselves.
|

This is not an easy burden to be a Member of United America, because it means those who do use violence, intimidation and corruption may appear to be without challenge. However, most of all a Member of United America is prepared to stand in peaceful objection to the face of evil, of racism and corruption.

Merchant Members

Merchant Membership of United America is free, open and available as a Right and Benefice to any and all merchants registered and operating within the boundaries of the United States of America. |
|

The word corporation and company are not used in law as this implies a testamentary trust and deceased estate, whereas Merchants are formed by a valid registered living trust. |

Society Members |

Society Membership of United America is free, open and available as a Right and Benefice to any and all valid Societes operating within the boundaries of the United States of America. |
|
| |
States and Counties are examples of valid Societes, as well as certain charities and non-profits. However, not all societies are considered valid, based upon their charter, secrecy and behaviour. For example, certain secret societies are not permitted to be registered. Nor are certain societies that actvively work to injure men and women. |
|
